"You don't want to live in THAT area, It's full of Mexicans" -Real Estate Agent

So far it looks like we'll be searching in the Summerlin-ish area. I've heard that its the greenest and most pleasant town out of the ones we're looking in. Who knows?...ive never been there. I'm not even sure if I want to live in a "quiet" or "nice" area, I'll end up being the loudest and meanest in the neighborhood.
